1. Take an adequate amount of the Relief Sun and dispense it onto your fingertips or the back of your hand. You may need about a nickel-sized amount for the entire face.

2. Gently apply the sunscreen to your face and neck, using upward and outward motions. Be thorough in spreading the product evenly, making sure to cover all exposed areas.

3. Massage the sunscreen into your skin until it is fully absorbed.
