1. After cleansing and toning your face, dispense an appropriate amount of the essence onto your palm or fingertips.

2. Gently pat the essence onto your face and neck, starting from the center and working your way outwards.

3. Continue patting until the essence is fully absorbed into the skin.

4. Use the essence twice daily, in the morning and evening, for best results.
